On January 8, 2021, China Everbright Groupand COMAC signed a special cooperation agreement in Beijing. China AircraftLeasing Group Holdings Limited ("CALC"), a subsidiary of ChinaEverbright Group Co., signed an agreement with COMAC to buy 60 ARJ21 aircraft,30 of which are confirmed orders and 30 are intended orders. China EverbrightHolding Co., Ltd., CALC and COMAC Customer Service Co., Ltd. signed amemorandum of understanding on project investment cooperation.
According to the specific cooperationagreement, China Everbright Group and COMAC will play their respectiveadvantages, based on the achievements of the cooperation since the strategiccooperation agreement signed in 2018, to continue to carry out in-depthcooperation in the fields of aircraft asset management, aviation after-market, integrationof industry and finance and so on, so as to boost domestic aviation industrydevelopment, explore the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) market.
